Q1: I cannot login to my account

Click here to visit the member login page for SystemShare. Once there, enter the username and password you created for the system. Keep in mind, the username is NOT your email, but rather your SystemShare username you setup when creating your marketing system account. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the button that says “Password Recovery” and follow the steps. If you don’t receive a password change email, be sure to check your spam folder.
